  • · 50% non-refundable retainer required for all custom orders.

  • · Remaining balance due 48 hours before pickup or delivery.

  • · Please allow at least 2 weeks' notice for custom orders.

  • · Rush orders: Accepted based on availability and subject to a 25% rush fee.

  • · Pickup: Available by appointment.

  • · Delivery: Available for an additional fee based on distance.
